Our artisans will be telling our staff all about their products so our staff can pass that information along to you. If we are not able to answer your questions you are free to contact the artisan directly using their contact information.
Each product you purchase is from an independent small business. It will be at the individual artisans discretion to resolve any issues you may have with their product.
