You’ve decided you want to be a member of K’boodle, that’s great news!
The first thing you will want to do is fill out an application.
The application will be reviewed and accepted on a variety of things including, but not limited to: Quality of your product, your products uniqueness, the overall appeal of your branding, your engagement on social media.
After you’ve applied, sit tight and be patient. We always need time to go through applications and visit your social media to make sure you are the right fit for the store. Due to the high volume of applications, only those that are accepted will receive a reply.
Successful applicants will be required to commit to a minimum 3 month term with us, and will be required to pay 2 months membership fees in advance. Your first monthly payment is due prior to moving your products into the store. Late payments are subject to late fees. You cannot end your contract with us between the months of November and January and we require a minimum of 60 days notice in writing to end your contract with us. Advance fees will be applied to your last 60 days with us.
Successful applicants will be emailed, using the email that was on your application (always check your junk folder). The acceptance is time sensitive. You have 48hrs to fill out and send back the contract adhering to K’boodles terms and conditions and pay the invoice for the 2 month advanced membership fees.
Once the contract and payment have been received you will receive the on-boarding package.
