You’ve decided you want to be a member of K’boodle, that’s great news!
The first thing you will want to do is fill out an application.
The application will be reviewed and accepted on a variety of things including, but not limited to: Quality of your product, your products uniqueness, the overall appeal of your branding, your engagement on social media.
After you’ve applied, sit tight and be patient. We always need time to go through applications and visit your social media to make sure you are the right fit for the store. Due to the high volume of applications we receive, only those that are accepted will receive a reply.
Successful applicants will be required to commit to a minimum 3 month term with us. Your first monthly payment is due upon acceptance. Late payments are subject to late fees. You cannot end your contract with us in the months of December and January and we require a minimum of 30 days notice in writing to end your contract with us. All move ins take place on the 1st of the month, and all move outs the last day of the month.
Successful applicants will be emailed, using the email that was on your application (always check your junk folder). The acceptance is time sensitive as you will have 48hrs to send in your payment or make contact with us. Once you send in your payment the contract within the application becomes binding and you agree to the terms and conditions as a member of K'boodle.
Once the payment has been received you will receive the on-boarding package with information about the store specifically everything needed to help you enter smoothly.
