Our Process

Becoming a K'boodle Artisan

You’ve decided you’d like to become part of K’boodle We’re so glad you’re here!


The first step is to complete our Artisan Application for the location you are hoping to join.


Each application is carefully reviewed and assessed on several factors, including (but not limited to):


  • The quality of your products
  • Originality and uniqueness
  • Overall branding and presentation
  • Engagement and presence on social media


Once your application is submitted, we ask for your patience. Our team carefully reviews each application, including visiting your social media platforms, to ensure a strong fit for our stores and current availability.  We do not offer exclusivity, but do curate our products to ensure that we have variety but also a chance to let each business shine.


Due to the high volume of applications we receive, only successful applicants will be contacted.


If your application aligns with K’boodle but a space is not immediately available, we may keep your application on file and reach out if and when a suitable space becomes available in the future.  While we are unable to provide individual feedback or provide timelines, please know that applications are revisited frequently as openings arise.

Once Accepted

Successful applicants are required to commit to a minimum three (3) month term.  Your first monthly payment is due upon acceptance. Late payments are subject to late fees.

Please note:


  • Contracts cannot be ended during the months of December or January (making the earliest move out the end of February)
  • A minimum of 30 days’ notice (through our internal form) following our giving notice policy is required to end your contract
  • All move-ins occur on the 1st of the month usually before the store opens
  • All move-outs take place on the last day of the month


Acceptance notifications are sent to the email address provided on your application (please be sure to check your junk folder).  Acceptances are time-sensitive, you will have 48 hours to submit payment or make contact with us.


Once payment is received, the contract outlined in your application becomes binding, and you officially become a member of K’boodle.

On Boarding

After your payment is received , you will receive our onboarding package within the next few days, which includes in-depth information that was mentioned in the application, inventory access, store specific information and how to prepare for a smooth and successful move-in.  


We can’t wait to see what you create and potentially welcome you into the K’boodle community.
