Can I see the space before I sign up?

Absolutely, you can come into the store at any time and speak with staff and they will be happy to show you what the spaces look like in person.  Staff can help answer any questions you may have.  Pictures of the spaces can be found in "Our locations".  

Do I need my own insurance?

You are responsible for obtaining the Business Liability Insurance (where applicable) for the Goods and Services that are being provided to K'boodle for sale.

How long do I need to commit for?

When you first join we ask that you commit to a minimum 3 months with us.  After that you can stay on a month to month basis.  If you decide to leave we do require a minimum 30 days notice, following our procedure for ending your contract with us.

How do I restock?

You can restock any time you like during regular business hours.  Further details about restocking will be in your on-boarding package.

How do the sales work?

Once your application is approved you will be provided all the information required to log into the inventory system.  You will be required to input the inventory you are bringing to the store prior to coming to restock.  As an item sells it will be reflected in your inventory and you will receive an email notification that you made a sale.

How do I get paid?

We will payout on a bi-weekly basis via EFT.  If you have membership fees that are due we reserve the right to hold your payment until your fees are paid.

Will I receive a response after I've applied?

Due to the high volume of applications we receive, only successful applicants will be contacted.


If your application aligns with K’boodle but a space is not immediately available, we may keep your application on file and reach out if and when a suitable space becomes available in the future.  While we are unable to provide individual feedback or provide timelines, please know that applications are revisited frequently as openings arise.
