You can come in the store any time to see what the spaces look like in person. If our staff are available, they can help answer any questions you may have. Pictures of the spaces can be found in "How to Join K'boodle" - "A K'boodle membership"
You are responsible for obtaining the applicable Business Liability Insurance if applicable for the Goods and Services that are being provided to K'boodle for sale.
When you first join we ask that you commit to a minimum 3 months with us. After that you can stay on a month to month basis. If you decide to leave we do require 60 days notice.
You can restock any time you like during regular business hours. Further details about restocking will be in your on-boarding package.
Once your application is approved you will be provided all the information required to log into the inventory system. You will be required to input the inventory you are bringing to the store prior to coming to restock. As an item sells it will be reflected in your inventory and you will receive an email notification that you made a sale.
We will issue cheques on a bi-weekly basis. If you have membership fees that are due we reserve the right to hold your cheque until your fees are paid.
We understand that it's discouraging when you haven't heard back from us. This could mean a variety of things : We may already have a similar type product already accepted into the store, we may not have any available spaces left, you may be further outside our local radius than what we are hoping for or maybe we feel as though your product just isn't the right fit at this time.
We encourage you to keep making and keep selling your products using your social media. We will add you to our wait list and reach out if a spot becomes available for your product.
